Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (This schedule will be flexible once training is completed) Clean desk policy and hours can fluctuate based on volume

Pay: $15.00/hour during training and up to the time when operator may switch to ABC/SBC compensation, which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Disability Transaction Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing BLIS and Outsort items. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Process BLIS and Outsort items

• Research data in customer service applications to find existing claim match

• Capture index data from images

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic PC and Internet skills (data entry experience a plus)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred, but not required

• Must be able to pass a criminal background

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must be receptive to coaching and training

• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)

• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

• Live in one of the following states AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
