Job Description Summary
Dauch's Program Management Analyst establishes & monitors project plans, deliverables, schedule, and resource requirements. Tracks project progress and costs, and effectively communicates with stakeholders.
This role is focused on supporting program managers by collecting data, conducting analysis, creating reports, and maintaining program documentation to help improve program efficiency and meet organizational goals.
Job Description:
- Creates & monitors project plans, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Tracks project progress and costs, and effectively communicates with internal stakeholders and cross functional team members.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by conferring with the customers regarding program requirements and project plans.
- Internal and External customer management as well as the supply chain.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with general direction and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years experience in engineering, supply chain or program management
- Requires Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier experience
- Microsoft Office competence including Microsoft Project (communication & tracking applications)
- Communications Skills - strong work experience
- Problem Solving - working experience
- Customer Focus - basic understanding
- Assembly / Manufacturing Methodology - basic understanding
- Ability to Influence - basic experience
- Collaboration - basic experience
- Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) - basic understanding
- Change Control - basic experience
- Quality Inspection / Verification - basic understanding
