We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Support Specialist with 2+ years of relevant experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working with multiple software applications. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional client service, maintains accuracy and efficiency in daily operations, and communicates clearly across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with multiple systems, and takes ownership of solving client needs efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in supporting clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to overall service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and professional support to clients across multiple communication channels.
* Navigate and manage multiple software applications simultaneously to resolve client requests efficiently.
* Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and service-related questions.
* Identify issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
* Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
* Maintain high service standards while meeting response and resolution time expectations.
Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and client experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in roles involving the use of multiple software applications.
* Experience within a financial institution (especially a credit union) is preferred.
* In lieu of financial institution experience, a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is required.
* Associate's degree with relevant coursework preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong ability to multitask across systems and tools.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
