Hours: Rotating shift 4 days on, 3 days off (with some OT as needed), 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As an Experienced Diesel Forklift Operator, you'll support daily warehouse operations by safely operating heavy machinery, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of goods, and maintaining an organized workspace. Your role is crucial in keeping products moving efficiently and supporting overall team success.

What You'll Do:

• Operate diesel-powered forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely within the facility.
• Handle truck loading and unloading with precision, ensuring proper placement of pallets and materials.
• Assist team members with stacking, organizing, and optimizing warehouse flow.
• Follow all safety protocols, adhere to OSHA guidelines, and promote a safety-first environment.
• Work in various conditions, including outdoor environments, with exposure to hot, cold, or dusty conditions.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of recent experience operating diesel forklifts.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen safety awareness.
