Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site; Control access at gates, doors and/or visitor check-in points, including verifying identification, issuing visitor passes and directing deliveries to designated areas; Complete routine logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site contacts and follow post orders for escalation and documentation
