SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Bar Lead, the cocktail server takes beverage orders from patrons on the casino floor, bingo, and the Lounge bar. They deliver drinks to patrons. All non-alcoholic drinks cocktail servers make.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Records order and time received on a ticket to ensure prompt service.
* Answers questions regarding facilities and/or services.
* Delivers beverages promptly to the patrons, keeping the speed and quality of the service a foremost priority.
* Rings in, collects cash for drinks, and keeps a record of transactions.
* Communicates to the bartender what drinks are needed and pays the bartender (when the cocktail bar does not have what is needed)
* Makes and pours drinks from the cocktail bar.
* Receives and returns the bank from the vault.
* Maintains a clean cocktail station and performs daily cleaning tasks.
* Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
* Ability to calculate simple math without a calculator
* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. safely
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
* 6-month work experience in a related field preferred
