Position Description:
CGI Federal seeks qualified candidates to provide Project Management for The Marine Corps Test and Evaluation Squadron, VMX-1 in Yuma, AZ. Responsible for managing the work performed in executing the contract/order. CGI Federal provides contractor support to all aspects of VMX-1's operational test mission, including staff positions and functions. CGI Federal leverages and integrates small business innovation research and phase I prototype robotic operating center of excellence into staff functions, test planning, test execution, test reporting, documentation, and data analysis to accelerate product delivery, enhance data analytics, and optimize the effectiveness of operational tests and evaluations. To accelerate efficiencies across multiple projects and support processes with automation. CGI Federal support enhances the Marine Corps' autonomy, ensuring that VMX- 1 is properly prepared to meet the needs of tomorrow's Warfighters.
This position is located in Yuma, AZ onsite at Airstation Yuma.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Implements functional strategic plans and builds functional capabilities. Senior management position overseeing the planning and staffing. Typically has budget or profit/loss responsibility, revenue growth responsibility, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and other strategic goals.
- Lead financial, logistics, and systems projects in business process improvement/standardization, POA&M development and execution, risk management, and project control from a cost, schedule, and performance
perspective.
- Document business processes, develop process guides, and provide training material supporting relevant systems.
- Demonstrate capability in the management and control of funds and resources and the ability to manage multi-task contracts.
- Assign appropriate resources to each task.
- Maintain clear organizational lines of authority.
- Ensure effective task management and administration, following the requirements outlined in the PWS.
- Maintain the personnel, organization, and administrative control necessary to ensure that the work delivered meets the specification requirements.
- Establish and use proven policies, processes, analyses, and best practices.
- Establish and maintain an inventory of all correspondence, reports, metrics, PowerPoint presentations, videos, CDs, DVDs, etc., created in the performance of this contract.
- Be fully responsible for the management, control, and performance of any subcontractor supporting the contract/order.
- Bring problems or potential problems affecting performance to the attention of the CO as soon as possible. ? Notify the COR, CO, and other identified Government representatives immediately of any projected,
anticipated or known delays that may impede contractor performance.
- When requested, deliver written reports to the CO to memorialize all verbal reports.
- Provide, in writing, the results of all meetings in which proposals are put forth that have the potential for affecting and/or changing contract agreements,
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $111,600.00 - $130,600.00.
