We build custom solutions for universities, hospitals, and institutions across the U.S., and we're looking for a Project Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and own the process from start to finish.

💰 Salary: $90,000–$120,000
✈️ Travel: Light (every 2–3 months to states like NC, NY, IN, VA, FL, IL, TX, MN, WA, MO)

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
As our Engineering Project Manager, you'll be the glue between our clients and our internal teams—ensuring every project is delivered with precision, professionalism, and pride.
Be the primary point of contact for clients from kickoff to close-out.
Coordinate installations and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Interpret architectural and MEP drawings to guide execution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing to align on goals.
Lead document control (RFIs, submittals, product data).
Manage change orders and financial reporting.
Conduct job site visits and ensure quality standards are met.
Keep projects on track, on budget, and clients happy.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
3–5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, casework, millwork, or furniture installation.
Strong communication and customer service skills—you're a natural relationship builder.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Bluebeam, and project management tools (Procore, Primavera).
Experience with AutoCAD and VISUAL ERP? Even better.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $57.00/hr.
