Position Overview

Join our innovative retail team! We are customer obsessed and foster the best culture in retail. The Support Associate plays a key role in supporting a customer and product-focused sales environment by handling merchandise, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence: Manage merchandise processing, storage, ticketing, and replenishment. Ensure timely merchandising of new products, accurate data entry, and proper storage of stockroom materials. Participate in pricing, markdowns, and visual merchandising tasks. Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
2. Customer Experience: Uphold and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering an omni-channel customer experience.
3. Teamwork and Development: Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment. Seek personal growth opportunities and feedback. Perform other duties as assigned, with some variation across brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: prior stock or cashier experience
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to technology
• Ability to stand for most of the shift, work quickly, and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during shifts
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing
