What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing social media platforms for our agency's clients.

• Help create and maintain content calendars.

• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with client goals.

• Collaborate closely with content creators to execute campaigns.

• Monitor and engage with online communities as needed.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field preferred.

• A personality that stands out—someone who is:

• Outgoing and creative.

• Hungry to learn and grow in the marketing field.

• Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Must be local to Yuma, AZ and available for a hybrid work setup (some remote work with occasional in-person collaboration).
