Title: Pharmacist

Location: Yuma, AZ, 85364

Job Type: Direct Hire/ Permanent

Shift: 7am – 5:30pm Wed – Tuesday or 11:30am – 10pm Wed – Tuesday (Evenings is the biggest need!) 7 on 7 off Scheduling

Pay Range: $79 - $119/ hr. (Based on years of experience)

Relocation assistance is available and 3 months of paid housing for someone relocating.

Position Description:

• Certs/Licensure Requirements: AZ lic- decentralized role.
• What areas will they cover: ACLS- preferred (will attend codes). Would love IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist as well.
• Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Decentralized pharmacy.
• Experience: Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census).
• Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing - please note experience in interview notes.
• EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ.
• Is there a Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor on each shift?: One clinical manager on 5 days a week.
• Do you staff Pharmacy Techs?: Yes
• Shifts & Scheduling: Day and Evening need current day.
• Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred.
• Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required.
• Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell
• Controlled Substance cabinet.
• Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Business casual/white coat or Khaki scrubs.
• How many shifts of unit/department-specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor.
